开放“我的帐号”菜单

刚刚开放的“我的帐号”菜单可以设置以下属性：
- 邮箱
- 密码
- 语言
- 区块设置（可以打开或者关闭博客上看到的部分，以后会开放更多的区块）
- 评论签名
- 编写个人联系表，以和大家保持联系
- 还有本地化的设置，您可以设置自己的时区
- 跟踪，您在那里回复了，自己的爪留到哪儿了，都可以看到。
